Happy Holidays

We wish each of our dedicated Volunteers with The Denver Hospice a Happy & Joyful Holiday Season!

This holiday season our Volunteers are:
visiting patients,
helping families,
delivering supplies,
delivering food baskets,
knitting blankets,
signing holiday cards,
mixing aromatherapy,
giving animal therapy & music therapy visits,
sitting with someone in the final hours of life,
running errands for families,
stuffing mailers,
creating spreadsheets,
baking cookies,
singing carols,
holding a patient's hand,
co-facilitating grief groups,
thanking our veterans,
filing year-end reports,
finishing office projects with gusto,
researching grants,
preparing education binders,
writing down patients' memories,
training new volunteers,
planning exciting events,
making lunch for a patient,
sharing gifts of music, reiki, and art,
providing respite to tired caregivers,
and
sending in their volunteer report logs...

And our Volunteers do this all year 'round.

Thank you!

We wish you and your family a Happy New Year,

Erin, Lori and Lynnette
Volunteer Services Team
